No refunds or returns will be issued once access is granted or the service is rendered, except as required by law for defective products. Coaching Sessions expire within a specific period from the date of purchase, such as 90 days. Unused sessions are forfeited without a refund. If you need to cancel a specific, already-scheduled Coaching session, be sure to provide sufficient notice *Min-(24 hours) to avoid forfeiting that session.
